Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for services and products concluded between Ghostnet Systems (Adrian Stöcken) and the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Formation of Contract

Offers are non-binding. A contract is only formed once Ghostnet Systems confirms the order in writing or in text form (e.g. by email).

3. Scope of Services

The scope of each service results from the individual order confirmation or quote. Changes and extensions to the scope of services require text form and may incur additional costs.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices agreed at the time of order confirmation apply. As Ghostnet Systems makes use of the German small business exemption (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is shown. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

5. Client Cooperation Duties

The client provides all information, access and materials necessary for the service in a timely manner. Delays caused by a lack of cooperation are not the responsibility of Ghostnet Systems.

6. Liability

Ghostnet Systems is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, Ghostnet Systems is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of contract.

7. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
